Military Spouses find themselves feeling alone, stressed, burned out and yet they are expected to hold it all inside
so their soldiers, sailors or Marines are not distracted by issues at home. But with the fun, informative, energetic HUSH! Mil-Spouse Seminar Series, no one is ever alone and the resources keep coming! H.U.S.H.! seminars are held monthly to help support all military spouses of deployed soldiers, sailors and Marines. Aside from the enjoyment and bonding of gathering with others who are in the same situation, seminars topics and resources to include:
